Born in Haiti, Mondy Pierre Auguste is a prolific painter, photographer and entrepreneur. At an early age, Mondy was initiated into the visual arts by closely observing his father, Painter, Jean Pierre Auguste. He studied Cubism and Dadaism as well as Expressionism, Impressionism and Haitian Na?ve Art. His paintings reflect a synthesis of these movements.
